A Prospective, 5-Year Global Study on MAST™ Minimally Invasive Fusion Procedures for the Treatment of the Degenerative Lumbar Spine (MASTERS-D2)

                              ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT02617563

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of MAST techniques for anterior/lateral and posterior approaches in patients with spondylolisthesis (≥ grade I). To assess how single or double level MAST(Minimal Access Spinal Technologies) fusion procedures PLIF (Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion), DLIF (Direct Lateral Interbody Fusion), OLIF (Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion), ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), or MIDLF (Midline Lumbar Interbody Fusion) are used in surgical practice and to describe long-term safety and effectiveness in a broad patient population of patients with degenerative lumbar disc disease .

 3. Project of clinical research presented by the neusurgery clinic and submitted to the clinical research federation and about to be corrected.

" Comparaison de l’arthrodèse circonférentielle trans-foraminale (TLIF) et de l’arthrodèse par voie antérolatérale (OLIF) associée à une ostéosynthèse percutanée pour le traitement des spondylolisthésis lombaires par lyses isthmiques symptomatiques".

4. Project of creation of an international observational and prospective register of lumbar arthroplasty. The study, registered under the reference www.clinicaltrials.gov (NCT01338493), ended in 2014 was the purpose of many publications and an article in the ESJ (European Spine Journal) and has been awarded at the Eurospine congress in 2016 as the best publication in the "clinical science" category.

A Multicenter Prospective Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of the Aperius™ PercLID™ System Versus Standalone Decompressive Surgery in Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Neurogenic Intermittent Claudication

The objective of the NICE study is to provide clinical evidence proving that the Aperius™ PercLID™ System is safe and non-inferior to standalone decompressive surgery with regards to clinical outcomes in patients suffering from Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with Neurogenic Intermittent Claudication, relieved by flexion.
